Enchiladas were created in Mexico. One person think how to make a delicious plate, this inventor has to be a native Mexican and I'm very sure was a woman.

Who try to make enchiladas, is not just to make it. And Maria's enchiladas are very, very, very good, especially with that salsa that she prepared. Colors are attractive for my eyes, the smell coming to my nose and finally my mouth is the winner to fill enchiladas how to smash and taste all the mixed ingredients, because my eyes cannot taste even my nose but my mouth is the real winner.It is like my teacher says, to make this recipe is an art and I also add, if you prepare with love and appreciation could be more tasty and marvelous.

START WITH THE GLOBAL WARMER AND LIFE

A few years ago the whole world start being affected about global warming. The four continents have changed completely,the four seasons rotates their weaters in different directions and the predictions 1'000,000 years ago are happening now!!!
What is all this about?, Recently I mean..
Well, many scientist, seismologist, anthropologist, writers
and also produccers are deeply studying this matter.
Movies are showing about 2,012 ending days..
2,012 books are in many libraries too and news or special
programs. Is interesting to know what kind of life are we
living too. I think we should live everyday like the last day
in our lifes, in case we have to deal later about impact things,
this is, so and super real.. is not a movie anymore we are in the non fiction movie now.

MY FAVORITE BOSS

My favorite boss was Mike Ledezma, he gave me the opportunity to work in that
company after several interviews I had, looking for a job. He believed in me in my
capacity I learned many things from him, about his experience in business, sales,
customer service, clerk assistant. He gave me the award for the best emplyee in
2005 in my area (operations). We all got a ticket to go to Disney Orlando florida it was
a tremendus and wonderful experience with my other coworkers. I'll never forget it.
And the sad thing for me is bacause he passed away after a year later with heart attack
with 53 years old with 2 teanager kids and wife.. Everybody was sad but it happens...
He was in Orlando that year. He was a wise and hardworker person I never seen..
Gob bless him..

FOOD

About food in general I can say is yummmii, my favorite food is seafood, I like
fry or grill fish, spicy seafood stew with scallops, clams, octopus, fish and I don't
remember the other kinds of seafood in my country but is super yum..
Another one, is mushrooms I simply love mushrooms in salads, pizza, skillets, in Chinese
food and also love stir fry vegetables with mozarella on top.

THE COLOR YELLOW

The color yellow is one of my favorite colors, is not just because the reason is
very simple, yellow is beautiful, bright and shinny.
Beautiful, because it transmits to you life, clarifying, trust, armony and fun.
For example: when I see a beautiful light yellow spacious kitchen I can cook
super delicious meals, pastries, salads, shakes or smoties specially if the window
kitchen is big and the sun light the kitchen in other words the yellow color makes
me happy and hungryyyyy.....

MY FAVORITE DESSERT

My favorite desserts are, fresh thick strawberry smoothie with light whipped cream on top with dark chocolate chips too.

First of all, I like the thick creamy ice with strawberries and the natural flavor

when I taste it, is simply incredible for me.

Secondly, the whipped cream and dark chocolate make my smoothie super delicious.

It is like an ice cream for me, overall I love smoothie specially natural fruit flavors.

Hi teacher:

Every day I learn new things, and I am always challenged to find creative ways to teach
so that my students enjoy learning. Also even though I am basically a shy person, I think my job helps me to be outgoing.
When I am teaching I am thinkingabout communicating with my students, and I don't feel shy.
Learning about other cultures teaches me a lot about myself.

All in all, I feel very luckyto have a job like this.
Finally, I love learning about other cultures, and I feel that my mind is more open to other ways
of thinking because of my work. Both of those elements are very satisfying for me.
I love my job.
